I believe in a scientific approach to design and connecting user feedback. Hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate being the cornerstone of any good design group. Without data we let our biases win and our business goals fail.

The more we can break down the walls and bring folks together the more we have the chance to bring in diverse perspectives and better product experiences.

User experience as a practice is to be a leader by embodying empathy and connection. It’s my belief that to bring people together there needs to be a shared level of respect and human approach to achieve success.
